Upper alluvial slope, west-facing; gravelly soil, disturbed -- plowed some years ago. With herbs dominant, esp. Phacelia tanacetifolia, Coreopsis bigelovii, Amsinckia tessellata & A. vernicosa.

Flowering & Fruiting
Notes:
Fairly common annual; fls. cream or with yellow at petals tips.
