Slope slightly undulate. Desert shrub zone, 25% cover. Dominant shrubs Atriplex, shadscale, Gutierrezia. Dominant grass Oryzopsis hymenoides. Fenced for range, wide roadside. No surface rock. Parent rock Blue Gate shale of the Mancos.
