Coastal sage scrub, largely converted to annual grassland; much of the area burned in late spring 1996. Native annuals recovered in good numbers and weedy grasses noticeably depressed.
Flowering & Fruiting
A scarce blue-flowered annual; one sizable colony on E-facing slope of Coyote Hill and another on a S-facing slope S of the UCRBG, otherwise almost absent.
