Associated Species: Parkinsonia florida, Senegalia greggii, Lycium andersonii, Larrea tridentata (on terrace above wash), Hyptis emoryi, Bebbia juncea, Mentzelia sp., Chaenactis, Perityle emoryi, Plantago ovata, Lupinus arizonicus, Cryptantha, Krameria.
Description: Extremely rare in collecting locality and common along roadside in Yuma Foothills neighborhood on roadside.
